  How can someone help you when they can't even help themselves?

Depression cannot be won by the traditional means because it is a cluster of thoughts, which you make stronger by holding on it, fighting it with drugs and therapy...it only makes it stronger. It starts with a dream In dream who dreams? Is it the character in the dream or the dreamer? The answer is the dreamer, the character in the dream even though he/she may be exactly like you the dreamer is acting in the dream, the dream is preset, preordained and the character is moving about it like it is the doer, when we know she is not the doer, there is nothing she can do to change the course of the dream, things just happen and she is a charter in it! But she is not real by any means That is why when you have a bad dream you wake up and say "Thank God" it was all a dream

This waking state is also a dream. A very long, more realistic dream. With logic and reason. more so t0o fool you, and until you find the real you, the dream will never end, you will born and die, over and over and over until you understand that this is all a dream and I have no part to play in it

What can we learn from the dream?

The feelings, thoughts in the dream are not real

The dreamer and the characters in the dream are also not real- in other words You don't exist! You the "I" is a non existent entity-a collection of thoughts that you claim as your own. "You" the body/ mind does not exist...in fact the real you has nothing to do with this body and mind you call "James"....and that is why you are depressed, you are holding on to the depression thought and saying that it is yours!

And all those people you worry about also don't exist! In the dream, you are looking and talking to those you love, when you awake, where did they go?

They never existed! You (the dreamer) projected them and took them as real!

Is there any wonder why you are suffering? Is there a reason to suffer? It is only a thought that you are holding onto!

All the hate and even love! They are not real, yet when you hate someone, you are taking the "Hate thought" and holding onto it-making it real

I always say what separates two people is just a thought! Which is not real!

Everything is preordained so why worry

How does this relate to depression...if the thoughts are not yours why get depressed over them?

If things are fixed why try to change your life, why worry?

Why fear? Why desire?

It boils down to acceptance.
